A Day - Today

On the surface one day can seem quite like any other. Think of the special days in your life; a special birthday, passing an exam, a driving test, a wedding, a birth, a death. We all have such a collection in our pasts. These days stand out as they were a celebration or a milestone. But what about the ordinary day – just like today? Will you remember any part of today when you recount all the occasions and special events in your life – will today rank in there somewhere – probably not! We need the special days to create wonderful, funny and exciting memories but what happens to the memories of the ordinary days?

Every day is special, maybe not memorable but special in its own way. During our ordinary days we experience life, we encounter life's lessons, trials and tribulations These are the days that accumulate and help us to learn and live in this world. They impart to us all the knowledge we need but they are also very special because they hold hidden gems.

Just take a moment now and think what did you do today that was special; perhaps a deep breath of fresh morning air, holding a door for someone, a smile from a stranger, a gesture or thanks from someone who appreciated something you did, maybe for one moment you just took in the beauty of the world around you.

We currently spend our lives in a buzz of activity and although we need to get these things done, we can fast forward through our lives and skip these moments. When we go to bed at night our brains work hard and discard all the unimportant information we have accumulated during the day.

But we can choose to see a gem in ever day, a little something to put a sparkle in our eye; the choice is ours. We can focus on the traffic jam, broken printer or queues but instead take a moment and look around you, be present in your own life and make each and every day a special event. Try it today and see how much lighter you feel.

Just Be

We are all going along living our lives, day after day.  Our priorities change as we get older and our interests and hobbies evolve.  No matter who you are, where you live or what you do you have at least one angel with you every second of your life.  Some are aware of their angels others are not.

I'm not here to tell everyone they must be communicating with their angels daily.  This is their own choice.  We all have free will and we can use it anyway we choose.

We are all at different points in our Spiritual Journey and for some this will mean needing to find out more about their Soul, Soul Journey, Spiritual Journey, Inner Self, Inner beliefs etc.  The angels have guided me all my life and shown me a different way to others.  They guided me to set up this 'blog', my website and other pages on social network sites.  This in turn has help others to find a focal point for their journey and clarity on different points and issues.  The best advice I can give anyone who is searching is to learn to 'just be'.

To 'Just Be', is difficult, but with practice, meditation as well as listening to your guidance and knowing you too can 'Just Be'.  To be present in the moment, to experience every moment for its clarity, beauty and existence is amazing and when you achieve it you too will understand what it fully means.

Please share your moments of clarity, inspiration or beauty with us all, they help us all on our journey too.

It's Sunday Afternoon

It's Sunday afternoon.
Sitting by the open window,  sipping my usual cup of tea I relax into the silence that envelopes me.
The soothing background of life drifts through the open window.

It's a day for letting go,  a day to breath deeply,  relax and exhale all the pent up rubbish i've accumulated through the week.  The sunlight reflects through my beautiful hanging crystal and i'm enveloped in a flash of blue crisp light,  Archangel Michael is surrounding me in his loving light embrace.  A reassurance that all is fine,  that I am protected and loved and a confirmation that its a good time to let it go.

I love the energy of Archangel Michael and smile as I say,  'Thanks for that Michael, and just when I needed it most.  I can always depend on you to reassure me when I need it, God bless.'
The Archangels and Angels always make me smile even when i'm angry,  sad,  annoyed.  I love the energy they exude and the wave of love I receive as they tell me all will be okay,  don't worry or some other reassuring message.

The sun dips behind a cloud,  no rain yet thank god.
I cherish my times here by the open window communing with nature and all the angels.  Sitting back and watching life swirl by.  Its a unique opportunity that many others dream of,  and I through the Angel's blessings am living it,  loving it and excited by every moment I experience it.
